  6. i think mon and wed are naughty, and the rest is very good.

big p hasn't lost any weight yet, but his eating habbit has changed dramaticlly (he forced me to use the term 'changing eating habit' instead of 'he's on diet'). maybe i should put what he eats everyday in here too. he hasn't eaten any nuts, chips and choc since mon. i reckon he's doing pretty good.

  7. Hi Sherry,

My whole week has been a ride off, I have a had lunches, people over, going to peoples houses and really making a mess of things... However, I guess it could be worse?

That's good news about Big P and his lifestye change (sorry changing eating habit change). Definitely not havig the nuts, chips and choc are definitely going to make a difference, if not to his weight this week, but to his heart most definitely. My problem this week was bread and wine hmmm I sound really Italian this week.

    xoxo Alex

  10. Alex, your menus are fabulous. Obviously the biscuits, nuts, and chocolate aren't that great, but I'm guessing they used to be an every day thing, so you're definitely making lifestyle changes!!!! I'm definitely also getting in the habit of eating healthier. I am finding it is getting easier and easier to eat right. (I have had a few blowouts though! Fish and chips????? Aaarrrggghhhhh! Not good!) Looking forward to hearing you results today.

  11. Hi Em

Yes the bad yet yummy things used to be more of a staple than a treat! But I am slowly making changes.

I am so glad that you are eating healthier, how good does it feel? (physically, mentally and emotionally). They say it takes 28 days to break a habit so not far to go now. I know how you feel about the fish and chips... Little buggers, why does fat (and sugar) have to taste so good?

I have already posted my new stats (I have regressed a little + .5kg:( but given the blowouts I've had it could be worse) and I am about to put the new photos up. Last weeks photo's were uncharacterically flattering and I thought about putting up some wearing different clothes so people can really get the picture, however, I went for the faithful old black...

A little flat at the moment....

    xoxo Alex
