It’s the start of a new year and like most I have a new year’s resolution, yep you guessed it "to lose weight". So here is what I am going to do? I am going to keep a virtual diary with weekly updates. It will include • current weight • body measurements • energy consumption • exercise • thoughts, aka my pychological profile (warning contents may disturb some readers…) • progress pictures, ahhh the most embarrassing aspect of this process!

Week 6 weigh in "A little interesting"
Well I am somewhat bemused today to say the least. A 2kg loss after the week I had, I don’t get it, but I am not going to complain either. I can hardly believe that I am 1kg away from the 10kg mark. Whilst I am in the gloating mode, let me convert my loss to date to pounds, as it sounds even better 20 pounds… OMGoodness!
Interesting though, it is hard to see the loss in pictures, which is a bit frustrating. Also, I have been chatting to some people and they thought that they were the same pictures every week. So I have decided to post the pictures again.
