It’s the start of a new year and like most I have a new year’s resolution, yep you guessed it "to lose weight". So here is what I am going to do? I am going to keep a virtual diary with weekly updates. It will include • current weight • body measurements • energy consumption • exercise • thoughts, aka my pychological profile (warning contents may disturb some readers…) • progress pictures, ahhh the most embarrassing aspect of this process!

(B) Fruit, yoghurt with LSA
(L) Sauteed eggplant, smoked salmon, stufffed sweet pepper bells with fetta, Thai olives and salad.
(D) ok where to start?
2 Ham and brie sandwiches, 1/2 bag of dorito's and dip, multiple handfulls of cashews, olives, pepper bells and some licorice.
