Before I start with the weeks energy intake, you should probably know about my energy output. At present I am walking, because it's all I can be bothered doing at the moment. My aim is to walk every day, but like most of you, things get busy so I don't stress if it doesn't happen as I know I will walk the next day. But that doesn't always pan out either, however on the third day I make sure I make time no excuses...

(D) 3 sausages, potato salad and salad (Been craving sausages, I don't know why?)

8 glasses of bubbles/wine (over a 10 hour period)
It’s the start of a new year and like most I have a new year’s resolution, yep you guessed it "to lose weight". So here is what I am going to do? I am going to keep a virtual diary with weekly updates. It will include • current weight • body measurements • energy consumption • exercise • thoughts, aka my pychological profile (warning contents may disturb some readers…) • progress pictures, ahhh the most embarrassing aspect of this process!

hey alex. u're doing really good. can't believe that 7kilos have already gone. i think the attitude you're on is very good and important. u have ur schedules (diet, exercise etc) but don't get stressed when it didn't get done and just pick up where left out whenever you can. but afterall u're still dedicate to this program. it's the golden attitude. i reckon it's the bonus of getting older - u get wiser too.

ReplyDeleteIt's funny, as 7kg sounds like a lot, but it's hard to see the changes at the moment as it doesn't appear like much has budged! But hey, I will just keep on going until you can notice it.
