PS: only 2 days until my next weigh in
It’s the start of a new year and like most I have a new year’s resolution, yep you guessed it "to lose weight". So here is what I am going to do? I am going to keep a virtual diary with weekly updates. It will include • current weight • body measurements • energy consumption • exercise • thoughts, aka my pychological profile (warning contents may disturb some readers…) • progress pictures, ahhh the most embarrassing aspect of this process!

I have got one word to say at the moment- Quinoa! I've been eating it instead of rice, it's got more protein in it, and seems to make me stay feeling fuller, not so hungry...
