(L) Salmon & Avocado salad sandwich
(D) Curried sausages with rice

apricots & nuts
Glass of wine

    (B) Cottage cheese & chicken and salad
    (L) Peanut butter sandwich
    (D) Mango chicken, Lamb Madras and Chicken tikka with nann bread


    Snacks

    1/2 gl coke
    An apple with nuts
    An orange
    Way too much chocolate(1/2 a LARGE easter egg)

    (B) left overs (salmon, avocado, yoghurt, nuts, olives, salad & apricots
    (L) Bread with oil and dukka, Lamb kebab wrap with chutney, sauce, salad, chips, beans and fried polenta and a little choc pudding.
    (D) Licorice...
