Week 11 energy intake

Friday 11th March, 2011

(B) Fruit, yoghurt & LSA
(L) Salmon, avocado & caper foccacia
(D) Barramundi, potato, proscutto & peach salad

Snacks
3 coffees
1 apple
1/2 500g bag of cornchips
1/2 family size block of peppermint chocolate
8 glasses of bubbles/wine (girly weekend away)



Saturday 12th March, 2011

(B) Toast, tomato & cottage cheese
(L) Hot chips with BBQ sauce
(D) Toast with eggs & eggplant

Snacks
2 coffees
Grapes, yoghurt & LSA
Approx 10 to 12 red frogs
1/2 500g bag of cornchips
1/2 block of peppermint chocolate
6 glasses of wine
