Week 13 energy intake

Saturday 26th March, 2011

(B) Scrambled eggs with vegetables
(L) Cajun chicken with a yoghurt sauce, potato salad, tomato & avocado salsa and veggies.
(D) 3 hot cross buns with butter

Snacks
4 coffees
2 glasses of wine
Most of a large easter egg...

    (L) Bangers and mash with veggies (yes pub meal)
    (D) Pan fried salmon with a yoghurt and garlic sauce with salad and olives

    Snacks
    4 coffees
    2/3 bag of peanut m&ms
    2 glasses of wine

    (B) Cottage cheese and salad with nuts and seeds
    (L) Cajun chicken, tzatziki, olives and salad
    (D) Spagetti with tomato pesto, vegies, fetta, olives, onions and vegies + LSA

    Apricots and nuts
    An apple and nuts
