Well as you can see by the stats, things are kind of reversing... Noooooo
Like I mentioned in the last weigh in, I seem to be eating all types of junk food and lots of it. This is something that I need to overcome as I don't want to undo all the good work that has been done so far. Therefore, this week I am going to make a concerted effort to put only good things in my mouth and if I do happen to eat junk "I will not stress", but instead just move on and try to make wise decisions from here on in. It's a lifestyle choice, therefore I know that I will begin to eat wisely again soon.
This week I am also going to go for a walk, as I haven't been for one in nearly over a month "what a shocker" I know.
Unfortunately, there aren't any pictures this week as the camera is in SA, but I can tell that I am slightly bigger than last week. Never mind, as I am going to nip this month long binge in the bud, wish me luck...

It’s the start of a new year and like most I have a new year’s resolution, yep you guessed it "to lose weight". So here is what I am going to do? I am going to keep a virtual diary with weekly updates. It will include • current weight • body measurements • energy consumption • exercise • thoughts, aka my pychological profile (warning contents may disturb some readers…) • progress pictures, ahhh the most embarrassing aspect of this process!
